**Up to £26k plus commission | Plymouth Office Based | Excellent Benefits**

A company that works within safety management, are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their growing team.

As an Account Manager, you will contribute towards the company targets for year-on-year growth, working within the sales team you will work from inbound and outbound leads to generate new business opportunities.

**Business Development Executive Responsibilities include: -**
- Establish business opportunities, B2B, B2C
- Regularly meet or exceed daily/monthly KPI’s
- Manage and upsell additional products and services
- Face to face meetings with prospects, Cold and warm lead contact
- Negotiate contracts and packages

Please note this list is not exhaustive.

**Business Development Executive Requirements include: -**
- At least 1 year of experience working in a similar sales or service role
- A-C grades in English and Mathematics
- Instinctive sales skills
- Experience using Word Excel and Outlook
- Excellent Communication skills
- Good planning, prioritising, and problem-solving skills with high standards of time management
