**_ABOUT THE ROLE:_**

Leo Recruitment is working exclusively with a unique and rapidly growing group of small start-up organisations within the realms of FinTech, Cyber Security and Yachting They are looking to hire an ambitious Social Media Executive to manage all social mediachannels, ensure all messaging is brand focused, and will support the company’s period of growth and beyond.

**As a Social Media Executive**:

- You will oversee the company’s social media account management
- You will develop creative, innovative content for regular scheduled posts, which will enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
- You will prepare reports on the campaign results, track relevant social media KPIs, and measure the success of social media campaigns against company goals, as well monitor and report on competitor activities
- You will coordinate with other departments to ensure social media timelines coincide with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand message
- You will research industry relevant social media trends, including ad revenue and web visitor data
- You will be responsible for formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign to drive engagement with the community
- With the support of the marketing team, you will keep up to date with the latest social media trends

**Salary**:You will receive a salary up to £30,000 pa depending on experience.

**_THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD:_**
- Have relevant experience creating and developing a timeline of social media content
- Be experienced in analysing content and organic social media performance
- Have experience in conducting competitive research from content
- Be creative with exceptional design and written skills
- Be adaptable and be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

Any specific experience in industries such as Cyber Security, FinTech and/or Yachting would be advantageous.
