It already supports teams at organisations including the University of Oxford, JP Morgan, Factset and the University of Exeter.

The founders are seeking a Co-CEO to support the company's future growth.

**Job Description**:
**The Role (Co-CEO)**

As the Co-CEO of Kinhub, you will benefit from a high-autonomy role and be responsible for driving the company's growth and success.

**Responsibilities**:
Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

- Developing and executing the company's strategic plan, including identifying new market opportunities and creating a plan to capitalise on them
- Owning the company’s revenue and fundraising goals
- Building and leading a team of employees, including setting goals, managing performance, and providing feedback
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with investors, partners, and other key stakeholders
- Representing the company in public forums, conferences, and other events
- Identifying and mitigating risks to the company's success

**Qualifications**:
**Essential Skills/Experience**:
To be successful as Kinhub's Co-CEO, you should possess the following qualities:

- Proven experience in a leadership role in a startup or high-growth company
- A track record of delivering results and achieving goals
- Experience leading teams and building a positive company culture
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- A passion for innovation and driving change
- A deep understanding of the digital health and/or employee wellbeing markets
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take calculated risks
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The Co-CEO should also have a proven track record of successfully raising capital, building strong teams, and achieving growth targets.
