We are a long standing family run care and support service providing support to adults with learning disabilites in their own homes and in the local and wider community.

- Provide support and assistance to individuals in their own homes and out in the local and wider community with their daily activities
- Provide person centered care and promote independence
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Implement behavior management strategies as directed by supervisors
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks
- Record daily support, activities, and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel

- Previous experience in supported living, home care, or a similar healthcare setting is preferred but not nescessary as all training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
