**Hourly rate**:£18 per hour

**Job Purpose**:
To support the Operations Manager and Operations Team in administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the coordination and execution of operational projects and tasks.
- Maintain and update operational records and databases with accurate information.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, collating information and preparing documents.
- Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

**Essential Criteria**
- Comfortable working independently
- Highly numerate; be confident and enjoy working with data
- Logical clear thinker and able to think about materiality with the ability to work carefully and an excellent eye for detail
- Proficient using all MS Office packages, particularly MS Excel
- Ability to work carefully, with an excellent eye for detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and adhere to deadlines
- Confident using all MS Office packages, particularly MS Excel
- Entitlement to work in the UK

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: £18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
