Our well established client, with multiple offices across the West Midlands, is looking to grow their conveyancing team in their Stourbridge office. They are looking for a Post Completions paralegal to work 3 full days and assist the team.

**Paralegals are expected to undertake the following tasks depending on their skills and**

**experience**:

- To answer the telephone and deal proactively with a wide range of queries;
- Collect post and DX from reception and distribute to the post completions team;
- Scan and allocate unclaimed daily post and DX to the post completions team;
- Responsible for taking daily post and DX at the end of the day (on rota basis);
- To undertake post completion processes in an accurate and timely manner;
- Update LMS, Lender Exchange, Help to Buy and Help to Buy ISA and close files on SOS;
- Submitting Land Registry Applications;
- Registrations;
- Responding to Requisitions;
- Completion of Schedules;
- Ensure compliance with SRA, Lexcel, Law Society Quality Scheme standards, SARs and
- accounting requirements;
- Any other duties deemed to be within the capability of the post holder.

- Passionate about giving outstanding client care to clients and referrers;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, sensitivity, tact and diplomacy;
- Experience of the conveyancing process and use of HMLR electronic portal;
- Accurate and articulate in written and spoken communication (including excellent spelling
- and grammar);
- Excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy with written English language,
- numbers and calculations;
- Excellent administrative, planning and organisation skills to meet deadlines,
- understanding the importance of working to strict time scales;
- Ability to take direction and instruction from supervisors and carry out tasks in a timely
- manner to meet deadlines;
- Pro-active and self-motivated with a desire to learn / progress in a career in this area of law
