**The position is based in Manchester.**

The Coordinator will report directly to the Contracts Manager and have responsibility for the day to day running of all assigned filed service customer orders.

The Coordinator is the primary point of contact for the customer and collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing and other departments to facilitate the successful execution of Flowserve’s field service customer orders. The position works within the Customer Service Order Fulfilment team in managing customer orders and helping Flowserve to achieve its goals, maximizing bookings, sales and further opportunities.

Main responsibilities:

- Entering customer orders within Flowserve’s ERP system.
- Managing customer orders through to completion, as assigned.
- Direct communication with customers.
- Expediting internal and external supply chains.
- Reporting weekly key KPI metrics / order forecast data.
- Creation of intercompany & third party purchase orders.
- Overseeing and resolving warranties / non-conformances.
- Creation & execution of continuous improvement projects.

- Excellent organizational skills, able to establish priorities and work to specific deadlines with little supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently and be a team player with a global mindset and approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
- Experience in customer service in an engineered manufacturing environment would be desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP system would be desirable but not essential.
