Morgan King Group are actively recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their well established, market leading client based in the LS20 area of Leeds on a permanent basis. This is an ideal opportunity for a well rounded administrator who is looking to kickstart their career within the HR sector.

**The role**:

- To maintain all HR systems ensuring data and records are accurate and up to date
- To produce and issue offer letters and employee contracts
- Induct new employees to the company
- To administer starter/leaver processes
- Ensure electronic and paper based personnel files are maintained and filing/archiving is completed in a timely manner
- Establish partnerships with selected local and national colleges

**About you**:

- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Show dedication and a pro-active, can do attitude and can think outside of the box
- Confident and able to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
