**Accounts Assistant - Fixed term 12 months, Part Time**

**The role**

A part time role for a fixed term period of 12 months, to work within the Finance team, carrying out accounting duties in an accurate and timely manner and to provide an efficient and effective service to departments within the NPA, to members and to suppliers.

**Key facts**

**Hybrid-working pattern**: Home working blended with at least 1 day per week working at the NPA’S Head Office, just outside of London.

**Availability**: Immediate or very short notice

- Experience with sales ledger processing
- Experience with general accounting procedures and practices in an accounting environment
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks to enable an efficient month end close
- Familiarity with computerised accounts packages
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, and skilled at adjusting communication style to suit audience
