**Job Role Duties**:

- Inbound and Outbound calls
- Understanding technicians report and coordinating resources for jobs
- Raising job tickets for tank replacements (tank replacement team) & installation and repairs (telemetry team)
- Ordering parts and materials
- Regular communication with the internal Installation & Scheduling teams (engineers)
- Resolving complaints (customers, contractors or suppliers)
- Operating internal systems/administration duties

Full technical training will be provided

**Person specification-**what would make you a great fit:

- Comfortable taking inbound and making outbound calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office is essential
- Experience of using Salesforce would be beneficial
- Be eager to learn
