**Specification Sales Manager - Heat Interface Units**

Job Title: Specification Sales Manager - HIU Heat Interface Unit

Industry Sector: Heat Interface Units, HIU, Plumbing and Heating, M&E, M&E Consultants, M&E Contractors, HVAC, Bathrooms, Fittings, Plant Room, Pipework, Flameless Heating Systems, Radiators and Building Services
Area to be covered: London & Home Counties
Remuneration: £55,000 Neg. + £10,000 bonus

Benefits: Fully expensed car & full benefits
The role of the Specification Sales Manager HIU Heat Interface unit will involve:

- Field sales position, selling our clients high quality range of manufactured heat interface units HIU
- Opportunity to promote an industry leading newly launched range of HIU’s
- Focus of the role will be to win specifications with M&E consultants and consulting engineers
- Working as a HIU product champion within a team of 4 nationally
- 50% of your time converting projects already in the project bank 50 % new projects
- Tasked with selling circa 2,000 units per annum year one
- Will be targeted to achieve circa £750,000 (pro-rata)
- Following up on Barber leads
- Up-selling our clients distributed range of domestic showers, taps, brassware, heating controls etc. when the opportunity arises

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager HIU Heat Interface Unit with:

- Must have sold through specification to M&E consultants or consulting engineers
- Open on product background
- Must have a proven field sales track record
- Knowledge of heat interface units HIU or related product such as boilers etc. is not essential as full product training will be provided
- Comfortable with technical sell
- Team player but capable of running your own area autonomously
- New business orientated
- Role will suit someone looking for longevity and a genuine career opportunity
- Get up and go approach & positive attitude
