This is a public-facing role that requires excellent communication and customer service skills. You don't need any prior knowledge or experience working with animals, but you must be willing to learn and share the wonders of our farming world with our visitors. Your duties will include maintaining the cleanliness and basic care of our animals, alongside providing practical demonstrations, live talks, and informative discussions to visitors.

As a member of the Cotswold Farm Park Visitor Experience team, you will have the opportunity to work with our marketing team in presenting online content in front of the camera. This will involve delivering live presentations, participating in Q&A sessions, and engaging with our online community in a friendly and informative manner.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the content you present is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand image. You will work closely with the marketing team to prepare and learn the content that you will be presenting, so that you are confident and charismatic in your delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your public speaking skills and contribute to the growth of our online presence and the success of the Cotswold Farm Park.

**Your skills**:
Excellent communication skills: Since the role involves engaging with visitors and presenting online content, having excellent communication skills is crucial. You should be able to communicate effectively, confidently, and with enthusiasm, whether in person or online.

Charisma: Being charismatic is an essential trait for anyone working in a public-facing role. You should be able to draw people in, capture their attention, and hold their interest.

Passion for entertaining and educating: The role involves providing visitors with a fun and educational experience, so having a passion for entertaining and educating is key. You should be able to share your knowledge of farming and animals with enthusiasm and make it engaging for people of all ages.

Attention to detail: The role includes maintaining the cleanliness and well-being of animals and ensuring that the park is safe for visitors. Being attentive to detail is important to ensure the animals are well taken care of, and visitors have a great time.

Willingness to learn: You don't need to have prior knowledge or experience working with animals, but you should be willing to learn and share the wonders of our farming world with our visitors. You should also be open to learning and adapting to changes in the online content that you will be presenting.

Flexibility: The role includes delivering live shows, so you should be flexible with your working hours. Being able to adapt to changes in schedules, working hours, and responsibilities is essential.

Team player: Being a team player is important, as the role involves working with different teams, such as the marketing and animal care teams, to provide visitors with an unforgettable experience. You should be able to work collaboratively with others and contribute to the success of the team.

Work Hours:
Generally from 08.00-17.30, although they may vary slightly due to the nature of the business.

These are temporary positions and hours can be flexible.

**Requirements**:
No prior knowledge or experience working with animals required, but a willingness to learn and share the wonders of our farming world with visitors is essential.

Must have your own transport as we are located in a rural area.
