**Your role**
- Your concentration will be finding tax professionals for accountancy practices within London
- It is important to develop specialist knowledge within the tax and accountancy practice sector - We will do all we can to help you do this and you don’t have to have this already
- There is a selection of clients ready for you to take over. Whilst we have worked with most for many years, you will be in charge of developing and nurturing relationships
- We have a database of job seekers for you to contact and access to job boards - you will also be expected to pro-actively source job seekers from methods such as targeted LinkedIn messages
- From time to time you will also negotiate fees with your clients - we have a room full of experience to help you with this - even our most experienced consultants will still go to the wider firm for ideas/help

**About you**
- You might be new(ish) to recruitment, or a few years in
- If you have experience, we would like to see a good track record in billings
- As you are probably aware, the role of a recruiter relies a lot on speaking on the phone and attending meetings (virtual and Faces to face) - You will therefore have to be confident with this part of the role
