If so, we have the perfect role for you Spire Healthcare Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated Scrub Practitioner - Ophthalmic to join our team at Spire Shawfair Park Hospital in Edinburgh, South Scotland.

As a Scrub Practitioner - Ophthalmic, you will play a crucial role in assisting with surgical procedures related to the eyes. Your responsibilities will include preparing the operating room, ensuring all necessary equipment is sterilized and ready for use, and assisting the surgical team during procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and sterile environment throughout the surgery to minimize the risk of infection.

This temporary position is set to start on 03/05/2024 and will end on the same day. The shift will begin promptly at 07:30:00 and end at 13:30:00, giving you the opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise in a fast-paced environment. In return for your hard work, you will receive a competitive payment rate of £196.20 per shift.

Located in the beautiful city of Edinburgh, Spire Shawfair Park Hospital is a state-of-the-art facility known for providing exceptional patient care. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the industry's top professionals and gain valuable experience in the field of ophthalmology.

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid Scrub Practitioner qualification and previous experience working in ophthalmic surgery. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential.
