**Job Description**:
**Associate - Program Management Office Lead**

The AECOM Program Management team is seeking to recruit Program Management Office (PMO) Lead for a strategic, high-profile Client Program. The Client is delivering construction and infrastructure works in a unique world heritage site and within a complex stakeholder landscape. It has well-developed polices, processes and procedures and has an established PMO that it is aligned to the organisation’s governance protocols and project delivery life cycle.

Outside the roles and responsibilities of the Client program, as an Associate you will be expected to work independently or with a Director to successfully structure, lead, manage and deliver capital investment and business transformation-related Program Management Offices. In addition to core PMO Leadership, as an Associate within the Program Management team you will be expected to identify areas of specific interest and capability in the delivery of PMO and Program advisory services to Clients.

Role Duties:

- Power BI dataset monthly update

- Project Schedule reporting and assurance requirement
- Program schedule reporting
- Schedule standards and guidance
- QSRA assurance and assistance
- Dependency reporting and management
- ** Risk**:

- Project level risk register assurance and guidance
- Program level risk register management and reporting
- QSRA & QCRA assurance and assistance
- Escalation management
- ** Information Management**:

- Support, guidance, assistance on information security
- Lead PoC with IHSE InfoMan and Accreditation
- Project and Program Level Compliance and Assurance
- Information security hardware support
- Oversee Records Officers input
- ** Reporting**:

- Reporting drumbeat management
- EPM update management and assurance
- Program Board Report production and assurance
- Project Checkpoint Reviews
- Ad hoc management returns/reports

Minimum Requirements:

- Extensive public and private sector infrastructure, urban regeneration, sustainability, commercial, residential, government, healthcare, education or science experience;
- Complex, multi-disciplinary Programme experience essential;
- Flexibility and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Proven track record for delivery;
- Demonstrable client engagement at senior levels;
- Line Management experience in a comparative consultancy busine
