Agresso Consultant | Swansea (Hybrid/Remote) | Up to £50k
**Your new company**
You will be working for an award winning, pioneering, offshore consulting organisation working with some of the world's largest public and private sector organisations. You will primarily be providing technical and development configuration support to the Financeand Procurement areas. This will include turning business into requirements into solution design and functional requirements; with the responsibility of documenting the Agresso software configuration.
**Your new role**
- Provide support on escalated IT help desk tickets.
- Ability to interpret client business requirements to build a transformative business solution.
- Support bespoke configuration developments.
- Ensure documentation is maintained in the appropriate Repository.
- Document and deliver configuration changes in line with SCC change control policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer environment issues.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- In-depth software knowledge of Agresso Finance and Procurement
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Business Process Analysis & Design
