The Role

The primary responsibilities of this role will be to technically support and develop the configuration of the Agresso solution in the area’s of HR and Payroll.This role would therefore suit someone who is comfortable working in Agresso and a working knowledgeof HR and Payroll.

This role will also translate business requirements into solution design and functional requirements and will be responsible for documenting Agresso software configuration.
- Responding to support calls escalated from service desk and operational area’s
- Maintenance of up to date call and problem records in the appropriate service management system
- Communication of problem status or resolution to the end user / customer help desks as required
- Respond to change requests, this includes carrying out initial impact assessment, making configuration changes and co-ordination of testing.
- Supporting bespoke configuration developments
- Carry out detailed design within functional areas to ensure that the design follows the functional area design principles and will not negatively impact existing configuration

**Experience**:

- Agresso ERP implementations in a Consulting role (may include experience with other ERP solutions)
- In-depth software knowledge of HR, Payroll
- Working in a live support environment to produce a product or service within specified timeframes and budget constraints
- Specifying and delivering template solutions within a shared services environment
