**Position**:Children's Residential Support Worker

**Location**: Cardiff

**Your Responsibilities**:
As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in the lives of children who require a safe and nurturing environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing emotional support and guidance to children in your care.
- Assisting with daily activities and routines, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement care plans.
- Fostering positive relationships and promoting a sense of belonging for the children.
- Being a reliable and caring role model to inspire growth and development.

**Experience**:

- At least 3 months of UK care experience.
- Experience in a similar role or a strong desire to work with children.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of others.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Flexitime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cardiff, Cardiff: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Social Care Wales (preferred)
- DBS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
