Health Care Assistant - Theatre | Oaks Hospital | Full Time 37.5 Hours

We are looking for a new team member and have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Health Care Assistant to join and be part of our exciting journey of growth in our Theatre department.

Oaks Hospital is one of Essex’s leading private hospital with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality private hospital treatments and services. The hospital opened on this site in 1994 and currently has 57 bedrooms including three twin-bedded rooms all with ensuite facilities to ensure complete privacy throughout your stay.

The Role

As a Health Care Assistant, you will experience working as part of a team alongside our Nurses and Consultants to deliver the best patient care.

What you’ll bring with you- A Passion to deliver excellent patient centred care- Excellent communication skills- A caring nature- Able work as part of a team but also initiative to work independently- The ability to make decisions and use your initiative- A flexible and positive attitude- NVQ level 2 or 3
