**Job Description**:
Are you a caring and compassionate individual with a desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in need of assistance, allowing them to maintain their independence and dignity within the familiar surroundings of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, general personal care, and toileting, with empathy and respect for our clients' needs.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements, while encouraging healthy eating habits.
- Companionship and engage clients in meaningful social activities and conversations.
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and organising living spaces.
- Offer transportation assistance for appointments, shopping, or recreational outings.
- Document client care activities and maintain accurate records of daily interactions.
- Stay updated on the individual care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the care team.

Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Empathetic and patient nature, with a genuine passion for caring for others.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible in scheduling.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £12.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
