Part Time Data Administrator

Newrest is looking for Part Time Data Admin who is dedicated to customer satisfaction
Ensure the flow of office procedures, and support manager's by performing daily administrative that include fielding inquiries and working with internal and external stakeholders.
**CONTRACT**: Part Time, 25 Hrs Per Week, Permanent, Starting as soon as possible
**RENTAL**: Gatwick.
**SALARY**: £12.19 per hour

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:
- Responsible for generating output forms with validated data.
- Responsible for generating purchase orders as per the demand from Winrest.
- Management of PO's & Receipt Notes within Winrest.
- Responsible for addressing supplier queries in conjunction with and support from central supply and local team.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and external agencies to provide a seamless service.
- Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information establishing entry priorities.
- Management of stock, overseeing receiving, issuing and despatch of stock.
- Responsible for entering all HMRC Data via the online portal.
- Assisting in all periodic Inventory checks.
- Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies, resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the manager for resolution.
- Adhere to Unit safety measures in place.
- Adhere to inflight services security compliance.
- Adhere to clean as you go standard.
- Interact with, colleagues, customers and clients in a professional manner at all times.
- Comply with all unit Corporate, Social, Responsibility initiatives.
- Any other duties as requested by your manager.
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Minimum 1 years' experience in an office environment. (desirable)
- The ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Excellent communication, team work and customer service skills.
- Good literacy skills, verbal written and spoken.
- Operational awareness, understand of HACCP, COSHH, DDA, Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and DFT requirements. (Role specific)
- Data entry skills, good numeracy and attention to detail.
- Organisational skills.
