**Role Responsibilities**
- Work closely and support Financial Advisers with their client investments and service needs.
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis to provide updates and assist with any questions/queries.
- Liaise with third parties and providers.
- Prepare annual review reports by obtaining details on client holdings and requesting valuations.
- Produce compliant illustrations, quotations and cashflow modelling.
- Analyze ceding information from providers.
- Completion of general tax calculations.
- Prepare suitability letters
- Manage and organise your own workflow.

**Skills & Experience required**
- Experience working in a Financial Planning firm or Financial Services (e.g. banking experience) of at least 1 year.
- Great analytical skills
- A keen grasp of information technology
- Professional attitude
- Personal accountability and strong work ethic
- Positive 'can do' attitude
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.

Package Benefits - Company Pension, Life Insurance, Discretionary Bonus, Christmas/New Year extra holidays. 20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
