**Working**: 21 hours per week, Friday to Sunday

**Territory**: Streatham, Wandsworth, Sutton, Epsom

Working for REL Field Marketing as a Field Coach you will support the Regional Field Manager on our Sampling team, ensuring consistent delivery throughout, and inspiring & creating a culture of coaching and people development within the region.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Welcome and support new starters and develop and train new and existing staff
- Building strong relationships with store managers and colleagues to support excellent delivery
- Leading the team, instilling passion for performance and driving return for our customers
- To ensure company standard operating systems / best practice are embedded fully within the account.
- Supporting and guiding the team to ensure every activity is delivered to the standard briefed.
- To embed & champion our people promise principles across the account and ensure they are lived every day.

**What we are looking for**:

- Full driving licence and your own reliable vehicle
- Experience training, developing, and leading
- A hands on approach to delivering best practice in the field
- Experience within a customer service focused role
- A strong work ethic and passion for developing performance
- An enthusiastic, can-do positive approach to all things and possess an ability to see the opportunity in all challenges

- £15,120 per annum + up to 10% bonus based on KPIs (up to £16,632 OTE)
