We’ve recently created a newly dedicated CRM team, and we’re now looking for a CRM Executive to join. Reporting into the CRM Manager, within the role you’ll have plenty of influence to shape the CRM landscape within the company.

You’ll also be a key driver in the execution of Simplyhealth’s product led vision and strategy.

You will be responsible for producing and delivering all customer marketing communication with Simplyhealth Consumer and Corporate customers, and Denplan practices. Alongside the CRM team and wider marketing team, you will ensure all communications are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll guarantee that our campaigns deliver customer objectives (OKRs) through relevant and intuitive messaging - operating across all products, in an orchestrated omni-channel approach, which enables Simplyhealth to test and scale programmatic customer lifecycles.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Produce and gather creative and compelling copy, imagery and content for marketing communications
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business objectives and customer needs. Ensure all communications are integrated and consistent across all channels
- Manage audience extraction and contact strategy delivery, powered by data & delivered digitally
- Utilise customer segmentation and single view of the customer to deliver Customer OKRs
- Analyse campaign results and provide recommendations for future improvements
- Test and optimise new and existing campaigns to continually improve engagement and conversion rates, whilst scaling customer lifecycles, across all owned channel platforms against tolerances
