**Role responsibilities and requirements**:

- Liaising with referral partners including JCP and other agencies
- Advertising employment and training opportunities using a variety of platforms:

- Jobs boards
- JCP
- Social Media
- Referral partners
- Networking events
- Prepare and lead information sessions
- Complete initial registration documents
- Update MIS and contract specific systems
- Confirm programme attendance with local providers and JCP
- Filing and maintaining applicant records
- Must have experience in dealing with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds
- Be IT literate and able to use Teams/Zoom confidently
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be experienced in unsupervised working and using own initiative
- Must be willing to complete additional training/qualifications where required
- Be able to support the training team at events and schools
- Support sifting for large scale recruitment campaigns
- Keeping workplace safe and tidy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
