**Fleet Administrator**

**Chippenham**

**Salary - £18,300-£21,700 per annum - depending on skills and experience**

**Contract type - Permanent**

**Working hours - Full Time**

**About the role**

You will support the fleet function by providing administrative support, ensuring full utilisation of the groups designated fleet management system(s).

You will support the Fleet Manager in maintaining Fleet Compliance.

You will update the groups fleet management system(s) and ensure full system, vehicle, and information accuracy.

You will take any relevant actions relating to vehicle accidents and ensure compliance with relevant UK laws as well as company procedures.

**About you**

You will have general or technical education beyond GCSE e.g. 2 or more A-Levels/NVQ3 or vocabulary, verbal reasoning and numerical skills to the equivalent ability level.

You must have experience in using business management systems.

You will have strong administrative and telephone experience in an admin support role.
