Our recruitment assistant will hit the ground running, this person will be working closely with our Registered Mangers and Operation Director and manage the recruitment process across the West of Scotland, providing high volume internal recruitment for the Care at Home teams and agency staff.

Skills and Experience required for this role:

- Experience working in recruitment would be highly advantageous

Main Responsibilities and duties involved in this role:

- Ensuring high volume recruitment across the board
- Pre-employment checks
- Liaising with management to ensure forecasted targets are met
