Here at First Mile we are looking for a fantastic customer success executive to provide firstclass customer service to our customers.
**About The Role**
If you’re an energetic individual who is committed to providing first-class customer service, signing up new customers and interested in recycling/ environmental issues, then this is a great opportunity for you.
You will amaze customers by providing swift and efficient responses to queries of all kinds including getting new customers across the line and set up. You will act as problem solver, resolving issues rapidly and identify ways to improve performance and service delivery to customers. You will contribute to the growth of the business by maximizing all inbound sales opportunities.
You will report to the Call Centre Manager on a daily basis.
5 days out of 7 days, 37.5 hours per week.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Incoming calls from existing customers: taking orders and dealing with general enquiries
- Solving both routine problems and complex customer enquiries and issues
- Complaint handling
- Outgoing courtesy calls to existing clients
**Requirements**:
To succeed in this role you will have a great phone manner and the ability to work within a team is absolutely essential. Other essential skills include:

- Good computer skills and experience of using a customer relationship management system
**Benefits**
We don’t have a ball pit or unlimited vacation, though we do offer a range of benefits to our employees including 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) as well as an extra day for each complete year of service, and a company pension.
