The award-winning Dowans Hotel, Aberlour, are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Supervisor to join their growing team in a small family owned and managed hotel group in the heart of Speyside Whisky Country. The Murray family have grown the business substantially over the last 10 years and have developed a tremendous reputation for both its dining experience and hospitality.

As a Supervisor, your focus will be on the consistent delivery of high standards of guest service across all operational areas:

- Commitment to the role with a hands on attitude within every aspect of the job;
- To ensure all staff are recruited, trained and developed in line with current and future business requirements;
- Monitoring the performance of the team through training, coaching and support;
- Ensure the presentation of all Food and Beverage areas are clean, safe, welcoming and appealing;
- Ensure the team have excellent product knowledge of all menus and important information about the hotel and business;
- Regularly carrying out on site Duty Manager shifts (3-4 times a week).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
