**About the job**

As a Bar Supervisor within Shawfern Group Ltd, you will have the opportunity to be involved in an ambitious and one-of-a-kind team where our aim is to create a remarkable and unforgettable experience for our guests across our current and any future venues. You will be a part of a team that delivers an excellent experience for our guests in order to maintain our preeminent position within the area.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Passionate about drinks, you will be involved in creation, development and brand maintenance throughout your everyday work;
- Ensure the team have excellent product knowledge of all bar menus and the different brands we offer;
- Monitoring the performance of the team through training, coaching and support;
- Knowledge of and maintenance of H&S procedures and ensuring that you abide by food hygiene legislation in line with your training;
- Your work will include unsociable hours so flexibility is expected;
- Ensure that company standards and procedures are adhered to;
- Ensure that your work area is clean and adheres to company standards as per your training;
- Ensuring the beer lines and fonts are maintained and cleaned on a regular basis.
- Regularly carrying out on site Duty Manager shifts (2-3 times a week).

- Creative, inspired and keenly interested in drinks culture and working with top class spirits to provide a delicious drinks menu to our guests.
- Excellent ability to work collaboratively across various groups of individuals and cultures in a global environment.
- Wider interest in the hospitality industry with a keen passion for keeping up to date with new trends and a willingness to be open to these new trends being included in your day to day operations.
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in a busy environment that demands excellence, time and energy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
