Sidekick Group is an established and fast expanding cleaning contractor providing extensive support to the demanding serviced office sector. We exist to support and enhance the worlds greatest working environments. We need to elevate our daytime teams providing them with hospitality knowledge and training and that is the primary focus of this role.

We are looking for a self-reliant and highly motivated Key Maid in London. This role is very dynamic, and has huge scope of growth, as an organisation we are committed to promoting from within and there are bigger operational leadership roles available in the team for anyone who demonstrates the desire to improve.

You will be responsible for the standards. The role suits someone ambitious, positive, energetic and dedicated to delivering.

**General duties will include**:

- Cleaning: Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning surfaces in various areas of the home or establishment.
- Bedroom Cleaning: Change bed linens, make beds, tidy up bedrooms, and ensure overall cleanliness and organisation.
- Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs. Restock toiletries and supplies as needed.
- Kitchen Cleaning: Clean kitchen surfaces, appliances, countertops, and cabinets. Wash dishes, clean sinks, and organise kitchen items.
- Laundry: Wash, dry, fold cleaning cloths. Handle laundry tasks to ensure that fresh linen and towels are always available.
- Organisation: Maintain organisation and orderliness throughout the home, including closets, cabinets, and storage areas. Arrange items neatly and efficiently.
- Specialised Cleaning: Perform specialised cleaning tasks as requested, such as cleaning inside ovens, or caring for delicate surfaces.
- Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supplies and household inventory levels. Keep track of stock and inform the house manager or supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with house managers, supervisors, or other staff members regarding cleaning schedules, tasks, and any special instructions or requests.
- Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of the property. Identify and address any areas that require extra attention or cleaning.
- Respect for Privacy and Property: Respect the privacy and personal belongings of the homeowner or guests. Handle valuables and property with care.
- Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable to accommodate changes in cleaning schedules, priorities, or special requests from house managers or supervisors.
- Professionalism: Always maintain a professional and courteous behaviour. Provide excellent customer service and strive to exceed the building management expectations.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and tools. Ensure a clean and safe environment for occupants and staff.
- Time Management: Manage time effectively to complete cleaning tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards.

Pay: £14.50 per hour
