A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate **Key **Room Attendant **to join the **Housekeeping **team at The Berkeley.

The Berkeley is perfectly positioned between Hyde Park, fashionable Knightsbridge and the residential neighbourhood of Belgravia. Its signature experiences include the famed Blue Bar, The Berkeley Bar & Terrace.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
As a **Key **Room Attendant, **you will ensure allocated guest rooms, guest corridors and maid service areas are kept to the highest standard of cleanliness at all times.

Main responsibilities of the **Key** **Room Attendant **include, but are not limited to:

- Awareness of and compliance with safe working practices, use appropriate protective clothing provided by the Hotel.
- Stripping & making of beds, extra beds & Baby cots. Replacing of all towels, linen, stationery and toiletry as required.
- Check departure rooms as soon as they are cleaned. All rooms must be dialled through via telephones in guest rooms to VCI.
- Carry our special instructions from Reception e.g VIP guest requirements / extra beds/baby cots/children amenities in room etc.
- Keep maid service areas tidy, correctly stacked according to the labels on the shelves and closed when not in use.
- Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA standards at all times.
