**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the procurement of standard products from key suppliers, keeping the Key Internal contacts informed of any issues, and ensuring order statuses are accurately maintained within the purchasing system.
- Strategically plan and regulate optimal stock levels across all product lines to maximize sales opportunities while effectively managing costs.
- Coordinating with the sales team to address contract demand and facilitate call-off ordering
- Bi-weekly stock assessments conducted with the team to mitigate the risk of under or overstocking.
- Conducting weekly demand reviews and identifying any necessary corrections
- Managing product lead-times to ensure timely delivery and meet customer expectations
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries in collaboration with freight forwarders.
- Collaborating with the team to conduct regular supplier reviews, ensuring adherence to service level agreements, delivery schedules, and competitive pricing.
- Generating monthly reports on the analysis of slow-moving stock

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in negotiation techniques
- Experience with supply chain systems
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation processes
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
