**Position Overview**:
Main responsibilities as a Visa Consultant include preparation, management and processing of all visa, passport and document legalisation requirements for clients, focusing on delivering the highest level of customer service, product knowledge and responsiveness. Our clients range from Fortune 500 companies, government institutions, small to medium size businesses and private individuals. It is the responsibility of the Visa Consultant to help the client navigate through complex processes, simplifying the requirements, helping them in preparation of the paperwork and supporting them until their documents have been lodged and released.

**Responsibilities**:

- Training will allow the development of expertise in the field of travel documentation. Ensure that clients are provided with expert, up-to-date, accurate information regarding visa and passport requirements and processing.
- Processing documents received from clients. Requires attention to detail and accuracy.
- Assist customers with receipt and delivery of travel documents in an accurate and timely manner.
- Deliver a professional experience for all clients and ensure good rapport building with our return client base.
- Assist in processes so that all visa documents are submitted in an accurate, complete format.
- Provide clients with updates to continue building business relationships and returning client business
- Use professional skills, expertise and time management to handle high work volumes
- Work closely with team members, assist with own expertise and learning from other team members
- Build rapport with business clients, often repeat business
- Resolve client issues as a part of processing documents, demonstrate capability in problem solving for clients needs
- Use software provided to enhance data collection and steam-line processes.
- Understand and maintain strict client confidentiality and data protection.
- Complete all aspects of work following processes and training

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- 1 - 3 years customer service experience (preferable but not essential).
- B.A/BSc Degree of equivalent (preferable but not essential)
- Strong coordination and time management skills.
- Ability to plan tasks and organise themselves effectively
- Use theoretical and practical experience and self-learning, building upon existing knowledge and filling in gaps in knowledge.
- Capacity to deal with multiple tasks in high volume, whilst ensuring that attention to details and productivity is maintained.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships built on trust and competence.
- Able to deal with pressure and deadlines
- A desire to deliver an excellent customer experience geared towards the complex and challenging needs of each and every client.
- Able to rotate regularly between a team collaborative environment and independently to ensure operational goals are delivered.
- Responsive to constantly changing situations and able to flexibly adapt to changing needs.

**Working Setup & Location**:
Location: NW8 8PL. Position is office based. 40+ hours a week. The job is office based only (customer liaison and document handling is a core component).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
