Digital Coordinator

**What You Will Be Doing**

The purpose of the job is to provide a professional, efficient and high quality service to customers of Your Trust. This includes being the digital and technical lead for the Arts and Heritage team, leading on the technical development and implementation of the digital strategy and action plan covering collections, creative programming, creative learning and commercial activity and ensuring exceptional customer service and health and safety standards are delivered at all times.

**What We Need From You**
- Experience of producing digitised content for online displays and AV and digital resources such as films, interactives and virtual reality tours
- Experience of health and safety procedures in relation to stage operations
- Experience of providing or delivering digital support in the culture or heritage sector
- Excellent knowledge of digital literacy and ability to communicate technical and complex elements to non-specialist colleagues and stakeholders
- Excellent photography, film and editing skills including high production standards and attention to detail
- An awareness of and commitment to reducing any environmental impact of digital technologies
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for arts and heritage
- Excellent diplomacy and communication skills when interacting with communities, stakeholders, and partners
- Excellent organisation skills and an ability to work independently and prioritise own workload
- Excellent communication; both oral and written and excellent interpersonal skills
