**Senior Recruitment Consultant (Education)**

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with leadership ambitions to join our multi-award-winning company. You will be a part of our growing team based in our Manchester office, with the realistic prospect of progressing to Team Leader within 12 months with an active desk.

**Our Package**:
Realistic earnings:
Basic Salary - Dependent on Experience

Year 1 - £55,000 - £60,000

Year 2 - £65,000 - £70,000

OTE - Based on salary, bonus and commission combined
- Career driven and have proven experience of mentoring and managing junior consultants
- An experienced recruiter (open to any sector) or sales team leader
- Successful at working to and exceeding sales targets
- Resilient, self-motivated, pro-active, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate professionally with decision-makers at all levels of seniority
- Commercially astute, with the ability to identify opportunities within the marketplace
- Able to drive and have own car
