**Job Title**: Continuous Improvement Lead

**Salary**: £50,897 to £62,015 plus a location allowance of £1,721. You will receive £50,897 the band minimum. Progress to the band maximum of £62,015 will be via incremental progression.

As a self-motivated, flexible individual, you’ll support us as we revolutionise the entire organisation. In this role, you’ll be crucial to improving processes and driving benefits. You might lead on longer-term programmes concerned with cultural change, or shorter-term issues that define improvements. No matter your day-to-day focus, you’ll largely facilitate positive transformation at a departmental level - creating benefits as you do. A natural problem-solver with a forward-thinking attitude, you’ll also enjoy creating solutions to niche problems, and championing change management within client groups. As part of this, you’ll lead classroom-based training and coaching at events and in the workplace. You’ll also come to us with excellent communication skills, naturally inspiring trust, and instilling confidence in everyone you meet. Your drive and determination will be infectious. To join, you’ll need experience of collaborating with senior client groups, and leading change in a large organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with senior sponsors and their leadership teams to determine and prioritise the strategy for improvement, developing objectives aligned to the organisational strategy and overarching change and improvement plans
- Lead complex delivery of cross functional transformational change to drive business transformation and breakthrough benefits, ensuring the voice of the customer is effectively incorporated
- Facilitate complex and challenging Continuous Improvement interventions, working with diverse groups
- Deploy the Continuous Improvement professional development programme by providing training, development and coaching to build change management and improvement capability and knowledge within client groups
- Contribute to the development of a Continuous Improvement Business System by taking the lead role for one or more aspects of the system design and development (e.g., building toolsets, tutorials, and standard work)
- Provide technical expertise for Continuous Improvement within client groups including quality assurance, advice, and specialist knowledge of the deployment of Continuous Improvement
- Accredited (or working towards accreditation) Advanced Business Improvement Practitioner / Lean Competency System (LCS) Technical Level 2B, 6 Sigma Black Belt or equivalent
- Previously worked within a similar continuous improvement team or function Desirable Criteria
- Led transformational change projects - Work on enterprise level transformational change
- Competent with MS 365 product range
