They are currently expanding theirChester office and looking for ambitious individuals to join their team. There are exciting opportunities for multiple Account Managers to join their growing business in permanent full-time and/or part-time positions.
**Your new role**
You will joining Sykes Cottages as a Quality and Performance Executive, responsible for following up on all new contracts signed at Sykes Cottages. Your key duties will be processing properties by monitoring and developing a set of owner accounts, developingrelationships and building rapport with owners to ensure a world-class service is offered. You will create and arrange bespoke listings for property owners, liaising with owner and stakeholders across the business to co-ordinate, as well as upsell and negotiatewith Owners to ensure all our new properties offer a wide range of commercial features. You will be accountable for the speedy on-boarding of all new contracts live onto the website and take a rigorous approach to Health and Safety checks to all propertiesprior to first booking.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You must be a clear and confident communicator, have good IT skills with Microsoft Office and a passion for helping customers. You'll need to possess great organisation and time management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should be able tomanage your own workload and it is highly desirable that you have experience working in customer service, ideally in a contact centre or sales environment. You'll need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to commit to a rotating shift pattern whichincludes late shifts and weekends.

The starting salary for the role is £20,250 with an excellent bonus structure of on-track earnings of an extra £700 in bonuses a month.
