Our projects primarily involve website design and development, but we also take pride in creating and enhancing our clients' brands as endearing advocates of what they do and how they do it. As the owner of the end-to-end process for designing and realising digital products, you'll have the opportunity to utilise your broad range of creative skills to leave a lasting impact on the work. We want you to inspire us and help us create truly unforgettable digital experiences.

**The role**:

- Unleash your creative potential by problem solving and ideating with individual and collaborative sessions.
- Stunning artworking and the production of eye-catching visual concepts that push creative boundaries
- Creating, managing, and supporting the development of design systems that set standards for our digital products to adhere.
- Production of responsive designs and preparation for developer hand-off, creating seamless and engaging digital experiences that will leave a lasting impression.
- User interface design
- Type scales and typographic hierarchy
- Production of componentised design assets
- Communicating with developers to understand and realise the design when interactive
- Communicating designs, prototypes, concepts to peers and clients.
- Use of Apple Macs
- Use of Adobe creative suite
- Use of Sketch app
- Use of Google Suite
- Use of Jira/Project Management software

**The Person**:

- Passionate about building a vision and executing it thoughtfully and comprehensively
- Ability to communicate in different ways to adequately express a perspective or sell an idea
- Understanding of the User Experience process and underpinnings of UX
- Excels in seeking out fitting solutions to complex problems
- Ability to develop and build on the initial brief
- Diverges and converges at relevant moments
- Appreciates the importance of accessible design, and champions this
