Purosearch are looking for calm, resourceful and energetic individual who is motivated, hardworking and keen to join a friendly team based in North Yorkshire
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Trainer; we are looking for somebody to deliver company inductions, update training and specialist training sessions to new and existing care workers in compliance with CQC regulations across 4 selected homes in North Yorkshire

What are we looking for?
- Have previous experience of residential care homes
- Be computer literate and have knowledge of care management software
- Be able to work efficiently in a high paced environment
- Have excellent administrative and communication skills
- Suitable skills, qualifications and experience to deliver the Care Certificate, and mandatory training.
- Be flexible and reliable
- Driver
- Demonstrable track record in the delivery of Health & Social Care NVQ/QCF Diploma and CQC mandatory programmes.
- Qualified to a minimum NVQ/QCF Level 3 with Train the Trainer qualification
