**Title: Administrator / Weighbridge Clerk**
The Best Connection Group - Manchester are Currently seeking an Administrator for their client in the Ardwick area.
**Hours**
- Monday to Friday
- 07.00 - 16.30
- 1 hours Lunch
**Rate**
- 11.58 ph.
**Duties**
- Providing admin support to the site manager
- Recording of Holiday/ absences
- Dealing with phone calls as they come in
- Working on weighbridge procedures
- Managing the site documentation including issuing of PO numbers.
- Dealing with drivers and customers as they arrive
- Ordering / issuing of PPE and stationery.
- Dealing with onsite contractors
- Dealing with disputes on invoices etc
- Understanding of Health and safety on site
- Accurate Data input
**Requirements**:
- Comfortable in working in a dusty environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator as dealing with people face to face and over the phone an essential part of your day.
- Flexible in the workplace happy to take on tasks to assist the team.
- Happy to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent Team Player
- PC Literate - comfortable working on Excel and Word
- Good numeracy skills
- Basic understanding of Health and Safety on site
- Reliability and excellent timekeeping essential to succeed in this role
Permanent position after a qualifying period for the right person
**Benefits & Requirements**:
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
