FM Conway is looking to recruit a **Commercial Coordinator **to work within our Aggregate and Asphalt division, based from our head office in Sevenoaks. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30.

**The responsibilities of our Commercial Coordinator**

As our **Commercial Coordinator** you will accurately receive and process orders within daily time restraints, whilst maintaining effective relationships with customers and the internal department.
- Accurately receiving and processing orders
- Responding to customer enquiries in a consistently professional manner
- Negotiating and committing to agreed delivery time windows
- Building and maintaining relationships with the distribution team, customers, commercial and administration team
- Collecting and reporting market information, providing quotations, and responding to customer’s enquiries

**What we’re looking for in our Commercial Coordinator**

FM Conway is looking for someone who can showcase excellent customer service. You will have an organised and motivated attitude to work, a strong team ethic and an approachable and enthusiastic attitude. Previous experience of working in the construction sector would be beneficial but is not essential.
