Active member of the people work-stream of a large transformation programme, managing the HR part of post-deal and TUPE processes for a global technology company who are multi-cloud solution experts. Requires a hands-on individual to:

- Formulate and plans delivery of key messages and communications for transferring employees, Works Councils, Executive management as required
- Take a lead role in managing HR part of post-deal
- Lead on special HR/ER projects
- Engage on a senior level with a wide range of stakeholders that will include internal/external stakeholders, to ensure the robust implementation of tools, plans and requirements specific projects targets.
- Create integration plans and work with internal HR teams to ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget, resource and policy,
- Interpret and represent key HR employment terms, policies and procedures
- Own the HR team's project and KPI dash boards. Tracking and monitoring progress and escalating business risks where appropriate
- Provide support to the HR integration team as a point of escalation where required
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders (global, internal/external) to ensure the robust implementation of tools, plans and requirements specific projects targets
- Creating post-deal integration plans and work with other HR specialist to ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget, resource and policy
- Tracking and monitoring progress and escalating business HR risks where appropriate.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Degree or equivalent. Project Management. ER/TUPE, employment law UK and other jurisdictions would be desirable
- HR generalist with M&A experience i.e., integration and harmonisation. In matrix organisation would be desirable
- Proven experience in enabling and delivering HR transformation (operational and strategic)
- Commercially savvy - used to working with and reporting data & MI

**Must have a right to live and work in the UK.
