What will you be doing:_**
- Logging & managing jobs for Diageo’s team of qualified technicians & contractor partner.
- Handling & processing requests from Diageo’s key brewer partners and equipment ordering.
- You will develop your knowledge of all admin processes within the team, ensuring that all tasks received from customers and clients are completed and responded to promptly.
- You will work as part of a collaborative team providing expertise and ensuring the delivery of superior customer service, technical advice, and after-care.
- You will be required to constantly refresh & maintain a high level of knowledge about Diageo’s products, services, and processes, not being afraid to challenge the status quo, with the freedom to make suggestions and contribute ideas that enhance our ways of working.
- Spend time ‘in the field and office’ with a Diageo Engineer to learn the Guinness quality processes & to gain an in-depth knowledge of ‘bar and cellar’ set-ups, including parts used, fault diagnostics, and resolution.

**Requirements**:
**What are we looking for?**
- Educated to GCSE/O’Level standard including Maths and English.
- Confident telephone manner, including good communication and listening skills.
- Computer literate incl. Excel (although training & support will be provided).
- Accurate in data capturing.
- Exceptional grammar and written communication skills with high attention to detail.

**What do we offer?**
- **Contract**:Permanent contract (6-month probation period).
- **Full-time**: 37.5 hours/week.
- **Working days/Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm with (Rotational Saturdays, Sundays, and BH).
- **Salary**: £22,000 + possible bonus based on performance.
- **Hybrid model**: 2 days office/3 days home (_with additional time expected in the office for training and team meetings_).
- **Life Cover **(Communications/advisors 1x Salary).
