We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a **Plater / Pipefitter** to join our heat transfer team in **Glasgow.**

**Position**:
**Accountability**
- To undertake the fabrication of pressure vessels and heat exchangers of various diameters and

thickness between up to 80mm
- Carry out fabrication on pipework as per engineering drawings with tight tolerances
- To undertake work utilizing different materials including titanium, CuNi, stainless steel, duplex, super

duplex and carbon steel
- Responsible for stripping and re-assembly of heat exchangers and pipework for maintenance
- Carry out general workshop day to days tasks as and when required
- Adhere to all workshop HSE and quality procedures
- To undertake work independently and as part of the team

**Requirements**:
**Experience**
- Time served with a Level 3 qualification in welding and fabrication
- Experience working in a medium to heavy fabrication background
- Be able to interpret and read engineering drawings with a good understanding
- Demonstrate an excellent attitude towards company HSE and Quality
- Heat exchanger and pressure vessel experience
- Forklift truck and overhead crane qualification preferred but not essential
