**Job Purpose**
- To proactively build a pipeline of high quality, engaged Care Professionals and Live In Care Professionals
- Accountable for ensuring that there are sufficient capacity of Care Professionals attending induction trainings
**The Role**
- Manage all aspects of recruitment activity ensuring compliance with legislation, regulators and Franchise Standards
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of recruitment related information using internal systems
- Actively screen and recruit quality Care Professionals that meet with our company culture and values
- Carry out competency interviewing, recording and saving notes
- Maintaining regular contact with applicants throughout the recruitment process to build relationships
- Ensure thorough reference checks of all new employees are completed to the required standard
- Carry out the administrative work required to complete staff files following acceptance of job offers. Chase up outstanding documentation where required
- Arrange travel and accommodation for trainees and staff
- Achieve targeted recruitment figures
- Participate in any recruitment and networking events
- Undertake any training required to improve skills
- Ensure compliance with Home Instead’s Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities policy, in respect of employment and service delivery
- Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business
**Requirements**:
- Recruitment experience is essential, preferably in an in-house capacity
- Experience of the care sector is not necessary but will be a bonus
- Demonstrable experience of meeting recruitment targets or working under pressure
- Attention to detail and great administration skills
- Interpersonal skills including excellent verbal and communication skills
