Sales Negotiator

**Who are we?**

We are a group of companies which consist of 11 sales and lettings branches across the Northeast which and continues to grow faster than any other agent in the area.

We are about to launch a brand-new estate agent in 3 locations and we are looking for a sales negotiator to develop relationships within in our Investments Department located within our busy Bishop Auckland Branch.

Our 1st Estate agency branch was established over 30 years ago meaning we have a wealth of experience and knowledge in the industry, and we have remained focused on how we can do everything better for the most important people in our business - our clients and our team.

We set out to treat people with professionalism, respect, unfailing honesty and ultimately to help achieve their goals when it comes to selling their home.

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking to recruit an sales negotiator to work within our Investment department and support our team of sales and lettings negotiators at our Bishop Auckland Branch.

As well as leading the branch you will also carry out our sales and lettings valuations, so a proven track record in being able to accurately value property as well as having the ability to close a sale is a must.

**A day in the life of a sales negotiator**
- You will carry out sales and lettings valuations
- You will have a keen eye on driving new business
- You will provide an unrivalled service and build relationships with our customers
- You will have a keen focus on securing the best outcome for our customers

The hours required are 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday as well as one Saturday in three, from 9am -12pm.

The basic salary is £23,000 OTE of £26,000

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
