**Position**:Support Workers

**Location**:Camborne

**Salary**: £24,968.54 per annum based on 37.5hrs/week inclusive of geographical allowance, with £1,051.00 Geographical allowance total salary £26,019.54 with the potential to earn Sleep-in supplements.

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Sun which will include working days, evenings, alternate weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins)

**About the Role**:

Advance is looking for Support Workers to support, guide and prompt a young adult in their own home in Camborne. This young adult enjoys going for walks, riding their bike and likes to take adventures to explore the local trains. They also enjoy cooking and baking with the guidance from you as a support worker. This young adult also enjoys going to the local attraction site of Flambards.

You don’t need to have previous experience working in care or support to be successful in this role. What matters are your values, your passion and determination to make a difference in the lives of people with Autism or learning disabilities.

Whether you want to work a few hours a week, or full-time, if you think a Support Worker role sounds right for you, you will need to be:

- Flexible to work on a rolling rota.
- Good at working on your own and within a team
- Excellent at communicating with people.
- Able to complete good quality support records.
- You will be able to work weekends.
- You must be able to offer sleep ins
