Calex UK are looking to recruit a Digital Transformation Strategist to join their team working within the Future Retailer Systems, Strategy and Digital Demand Team on the Jaguar Land Rover contact. As the Strategist you will need to gain an understanding of any Transformational Changes and how they impact the ‘as is’ business model(s) including systems and ensure alignment on the ‘to be’ as well as developing and presenting research led recommendations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders (internal/external) and / or Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to better understand business objectives and the impacts on any workstreams to which you’re assigned
- Take responsibility for ensuring a shared understanding of business requirements in support of any Digital transformation initiatives
- Consider the digital transformational impacts for any workstreams for which you’re assigned, proactively researching, and seeking clarity for any gaps that may be identified
- Align solutions to business goals, always keeping in mind the end [Retailer] user experience
- Lead and Facilitate meetings / brainstorming sessions
- Contribute to the business development and digital innovation

- Able to convince stakeholders of change

In this position you will work with autonomy and must be able to manage uncertainty and be able to adapt and pivot when required. A supportive approach to your colleagues and willing to celebrate team successes is essential.

**Salary and Benefits**
