- **Essential requirements for this role**:_
- Experience of working in a restaurant environment
- Provide all customers great service
- Ensure the smooth running of food and drinks service.
- Receiving and confirming walk-in, telephonic, and online reservations
- An eye for detail and good understanding of restaurant layout, clearing tables of glassware and crockery as soon as possible
- Barista trained
- Cocktail knowledge
- Good understanding of wine
- Ability to communicate with confidence and warmth to customers
- Motivated to clean throughout without instruction
- Confidence with numbers: cashing off at end of shifts
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and **seasonal holidays**
- Ability to resolve complaints and challenges in a calm and reassuring manner

**_Desirable attributes for the role:_**
- Ability to speak Italian
- Social media content contribution (predominantly Instagram)
- Experience of stock monitoring and ordering
